What size are the wheels?
The Vander T series across all sizes are 27.5 inch wheel size. The Vander N7 is quite the opposite, coming with 29 inch wheels across the range of sizes on offer.
How much travel does this bike have?
The Vander T series comes equipped with 130mm front and rear travel, whereas the Vander N7 comes with 160mm front travel and 150mm rear travel.
What riding style is this geometry intended for?
The Vander T series geometry is best suited for trail and all mountain riding, and the Vander N7 can handle everything from trail riding to enduro riding.
Are the wheels tubeless ready?
Yes, the WTB STi29 rims are tubeless ready on the entire Vander range.
Are the tyres tubeless ready?
The Schwalbe Hand Damph and Nobby Nic tyres on the T7 and T7 SE are not tubeless ready, But the Schwalbe Magic Mary and Hans Damph on the Vander T8 and the Vee Flow Snap tyres on the Vander N7 are tubeless ready.
Are tubeless valves and tape provided with the bike?
No, tubeless valves and sealant will need to be purchased separately.
What groupset is this bike equipped with?
The Vander T7 and T7 SE come equipped with a SRAM SX 12 speed groupset, whereas the Vander T8 and N7 come with a SRAM NX 12 speed groupset.
What brakes is this bike equipped with?
The Vander T7 and T7 SE come with SRAM Level brakes, whereas the Vander T8 and N7 come with SRAM Guide brakes.
Does this bike come in any other colours?
No, the Vander series only comes in one colour per model.
Does this bike come with any other specs?
No, the Vander series does not come in any other spec. IMPORTANT: Sometimes factory will change the spec of the bike to something of similar or better quality, usually without any notice, this is to ensure customers are riding bikes instead of waiting for the correctly spec’d component to become available.
How wide are the handlebars?
All Vander series come with standard 780mm wide aluminium handlebars.
What's the stem length?
The Vander T7, T7 SE and T8 come equipped with Entity Sport Alloy 45mm long, 31.8mm barbore stem and the Vander N7 comes with the Entity Expert Alloy 45mm long, 31.8mm barbore stem.
Does this bike come equipped with a dropper post and what's the travel?
The Vander T7 does not come with a dropper post, but the T7 SE, T8 and N7 come with KS Rage dropper posts (size dependant (125mm - 150mm drop).
Can I install a dropper post on this bike?
You can install a dropper post on the Vander T7, fortunately the hard work has already been done on the T7 SE, T8 and N7.
What's the bikes' frame material?
All of the Vander series bikes are made out of 6061 grade hydroformed aluminium.
What's the bikes' wheels’ material and how wide are the rims?
The WTB STi29 rims are made out of aluminium and have an internal width of 29mm.
Does this bike come with boost hub spacing?
The Vander T7 (both non boost), T7 SE (both non boost), T8 (front boost, rear non boost), N7 (boost front and rear).
What is the weight of this bike?
The Vander T7 and T7 SE in medium weight 15.1KG, T8 in medium weighs 14.8KG and N7 medium 16.1KG.
Can I take this bike on downhill trails?
Yes, you can take any of the Vander series bikes on a downhill trail, although the T7, T7 SE and T8 are best suited for all mountain trails, the N7 would be better suited to enduro/downhill trails.
Can I take this bike to the bike park?
Yes, you can take any of the Vander series to your local bike park, although just like riders, every bike has its limits so make sure you are riding within your skill set and limits.
What size rotors does this bike come equipped with?
The Vander T series come with 6 bolt rotors (front 180mm rear 160mm) and the N7 (front 200mm rear 180mm).
What tyres does this bike come equipped with and what size?
The Vander T7 and T7 SE come with Schwalbe Hans Damph 27.5 x 2.35 wire bead tyres, T8 comes with a Schwalbe Magic Mary TR and Hans Damph TR 27.5 x 2.35 and the N7 with Vee Flow Snap 29 x 2.6 TR tyres.
Does this bike come with pedals?
The Vander T7, T7 SE and T8 come with flat pedals, although the N7 does not come with pedals.
Can I fit a bottle cage in this frame?
Yes, you can fit a bottle cage on all the Vander series bikes.
How do I set the suspension for my height and weight?
We suggest you set up your suspension in accordance with Rockshox tuning guides for each individual, personal preference also needs to be considered as everyone likes their suspension slightly different from person to person.
Is a shock pump provided with this bike?
No, a shock pump is not provided with any of our bikes, although you can purchase one separately along with your bike.
What tyre pressure should I run?
Tyre pressures are subjective to each individual rider, we suggest you find a suitable tyre pressure best suited to the terrain you commonly ride.
