I Have Received An Incorrect/Broken Item
Incorrect Item
While it is rare, shipping errors can occasionally occur.
If you believe you received the wrong item, please begin your return or exchange through our Returns Portal. You will be able to select the reason for your return and follow the guided steps to resolve the issue.
If we confirm that the item does not match your original order, we will arrange to ship the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect one.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
For smaller items, customers may be required to return the incorrect product.
All returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Broken Item
If your bike or item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by submitting a support ticket here, including photos and a description of the issue.
We must approve any repair work in advance, whether it is completed by a local bike shop or by our team.
Return postage costs can only be reimbursed if pre-approved in writing by Bikes Online.
For complete bicycles, Bikes Online will arrange pickup and return on your behalf.
Once we receive the returned item, we will:

Follow the instructions provided on your return form.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original method of payment or store credit
Depending on your bank, please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
