What does the status of my order mean?
When you log in to your account, on the Bikes Online website, you'll notice that orders go through the process below:
On Hold - The payment is still being processed, the address may have been entered incorrectly, you used a direct payment from your bank, your credit card may have been declined/review OR if paying with your bank account it takes a few business days to clear. We will be in touch if we need more information from you before shipping the order out.
Pick - The order is in the processing phase and can take between five (5) to seven (7) business days to move to pack then to dispatched.
Pack - The order is being prepared for shipment by the warehouse staff.
Dispatched - The item was shipped and is now with FedEx or USPS
Please allow up to a day or two for order status' to update
